Why would my medical bill be incorrect? 

All sorts or reasons: double billing (charging twice for the same thing), upcoding (billing you for a more expensive but similar procedure), not submitting the claim to insurance, an error in the negotiated rate, fake numbers pulled out of a hat (yup, we've seen that), incorrectly denied claims, and so on. 

How do you make money? 

We work with you to create a pricing plan that benefits both sides. Typically, this ends up being a plan in which we take 20% of what we save you with some sort of cap.

What do you do with my personal data?

We take your privacy very seriously. We collect only minimal information to help you check if your bill is accurate or not. 

I already paid my bill. Can you help?

Yes! Some bills can still be reimbursed. Upload your bill today to see if it was correct or if you deserve a reimbursement. 

Where do you get your data from?

As of January 2021, hospitals are required to publish their prices for all procedures they charge for- that's what we analyze.

We also have a team of medical coding experts we personally trained to make sure we find you the maximum possible savings.
